When working on the initial stages of a project, I help the team move forward by guiding informed, decision-making exercises. This helps our product managers and rest of the team know what work we should do (requirements) and in what order we should do it (priority). This is done using a number of research driven activities like competitive analysis, usability testing , analytics, and leading cross-functional technical investigations.
